On site, the Oeiras council head office is nearing its completion. A complex and state of the art building boasting a fully automated double skin façade on its south elevation, twenty seven metre deep floor plans, and a battery of roof mounted solar panels have been designed to contribute to its overall energy efficiency and consequently lower operational costs. The full height glazed façades will maximize natural daylight in and views out.

Currently on site on the Avenida José Malhoa in Lisbon is the total retrofit and refurbishment of an office block we designed and saw inaugurated in 1994. The work includes for completely new façades and a comprehensive internal upgrade of facilities and technical installations. A major alteration to the existing building has been to the main entrance on the ground floor where an existing floor slab has been cut back to create a dramatic double height fully glazed entrance l
