DOLCE VITA FUNCHAL Opening 31/10/2007
Chamartín Inmobiliaria opened, on October 24, Dolce Vita Funchal Shopping Center, designed by Sua Kay Architects, as part of Funchal Centrum Complex (architect Ricardo Bofill), Madeira. It as 60 stores and Gross Leasable Area of 16.000 m2 in six levels, including three parking levels for 870 vehicles.

Sua Kay develops Retail Project for Tavira - Algarve with 25.000 m2 of Gross Leasable Area, including Food Store with 5.000 m2. The center has four levels, two for parking (1000 parking spaces) and the other two with 50 shops, 20 restaurants and 4 Cinemas.
Estádio de Luanda CAN2010 17/05/2006
Sua Kay Architects in consortium with Urbinvest won the International Competition for the Construction of Stadium Cidade de Luanda - Angola, in order to receive the matches of the African Nations Cup to be held in 2010 (CAN2010). The stadium in the capital will have capacity to 60.000 seats and raises the Angolan national symbol.
